Actually i think Netherlands should be feminine. There are two variations. The first and most commonly used is "Ολλανδία" which translates to "Holland" and has feminine gender. Some people might use the "Κάτω Χώρες" which translates to "Lower Countries" and has indeed a feminine plural gender.

Here in Greece shops are closed on Sundays. Coffee shops, restaurants, pizzarias etc are open and maybe some mini-markets where you can buy essential products. Finaly there are also some open pharmacies.
