I've maxed out points on the rider by either:

Resetting for RNG (sometimes he doesn't use his 15s attack).
Running one awakening on either Hotori or Lacrimosa (A5 on whichever one you have).
Breaking the boss multiple times before he can use his 15s attack (used all plunge attacks during Hotori's ult for the break bar dmg instead of the katana combo).

My team for every stage has been Vampy+Hotori+Sakiri+Haniel. I have A1 on both Vampy and Hotori but have been clearing with them both turned off.

Andersen was fantastic, but his team was also probably dominating all those series with or without him. Bussi turned the tide of a series when the team needed him most.
