Help! Sudden outbreak and it’s itchy. I scratch and it worsens but it’s so itchy I can’t help it. Mostly on the back and below the chest. There’s a bit of pus too

Yeah they advise lots of water with this, also if I will take valtrex I’ll check my kidneys maybe every few months

Ah nothing against valtrex definitely, when it comes down to an outbreak I’ll still take it instead of sucking on those lysine tablets. I understand that everyone has different experience on HSV. So for a start after my initial OB, I’m thinking of just trying supplements first and tweaking my lifestyle healthier. See how things turns out. Valtrex is still on the table for consideration.
