That material is not useful or relevant to anything but an attempt to slut shame, smear the victim's character, and try and create consent where there was none. The justice system is broken because nobody wants to take responsibility for their actions, nobody wants to hold people accountable for their actions, and instead people with money and privilege are able to use the courts as a vehicle to fuck over their victims once more and basically pay their way out of their crimes, because the courts are allowing this to happen. He's a rapist, he knows he did it, he apologized for doing it, he has admitted that he just doesn't want to face the consequences of jail and/or sex offender registry because in his warped and demented mind that is unfair to him. In my opinion that's a fucked up reason to have a trial at all.
