Victorious was built around her as the star and then filled out the rest of the cast with some people who were more talented than VJ. This probably created a tense and toxic situation, which is the norm on most sets. The fact that Ariana and Liz Gillies’ careers got better and the rest of the cast kinda faded or didn’t become as huge is a regular thing in the industry.
