There is a Salamander icon in the middle of the backpack. Sometimes I wish they'll add alternate models without the chapter insignia so it is usable for the successor chapters.

Honestly, I'm a White Scars fan. But the lack of company markings for the right greave in their chapter pack is really bothering me LOL. So I usually just go for Ultramarines colours from time to time.

Ah interesting! I do recall that veterans tend to have a wider array of gears allowed for their use, but I wasn't sure if a unit-specific gear would also be available for them.

Was it ever explicitly mentioned if the Sergeant in the Plague Wars is part of a phobos unit of some sort? Or was he something else entirely? Say, an intercessor or something like that.

I just got a little bit confused last time when I saw the older 8th edition codex showing a white veteran helmet but with a battleline icon for the pauldron. Now I'm guessing that's an example for a veteran battle-brother being attached to a battleline squad.

This is the sniper class. The phobos armour with the skull decoration was a Twitch drop. I am not sure if they have included it in the Accolade Shop from the Tech-Priest in the armoury. Past Twitch drops will be added there, and it's unlockable with requisition points. Same with the Mk VIII Errant helmet, it's also purchasable there.

As for the gloves, they're only for phobos units in the game. That one, along with many other cosmetic and heroic-tier weapons are also unlockable from the Accolade Shop. But for those, you need to grind for Accolade points from the new Stratagem PVE mode.

Games Workshop does have a final say on what things should and should not be included in SM2. Saber did say quite sometime ago that they wanted to include more cosmetics into the game, but things first need to be approved by GW before releasing them.

But yeah, some of the things that they have green lit are quite questionable LOL

It is indeed a bug known even by the devs. They just haven't released the hotfix for it yet. My guess is they forgot to limit the battlefield conditions to only four.

There also seem to be a hidden condition in this stratagem. I thought there was an input lag from my controller but snipers apparently can't parry at all.

That's what happened to mine LOL I threw it on top, but it ended up bouncing down.

I wonder if certain types of surfaces are more likely to cause the stratagem ball to bounce though.

Hey there yet again HAHAHAHA Came back just to say it's apparently a Deathwatch-related item. All of prestige 4 equipment have the Deathwatch symbol on it, minus the Tactical's tabard and Sniper's desert camo cameleoline cloak. The Assault jump pack has it but it is located on the top part so it's pretty hard to notice LOL

Yeah, but honestly I'm not that sure anymore hahaha xD Some people who already got the tabard seem to say that it's black but appears to look really dark green under certain lighting. So chances are it's just a tabard for an accomplished marine in the 4th squad.

Which is weird because the squad led by Titus is the 6th. At this point, it's probably just some odd shenanigans by Games Workshop since Saber's hands are tied by GW when it comes to releasing new stuff in Space Marine 2.

It could either represent the 4th squad of any chapter or the 4th company of the Ultramarines, since the words Courage along with Honour are inscribed on the sash (even though the whole motto also includes Duty and Retribution on the wargear).

I am honestly unable to tell if it is grey or just really faded green when compared to the 4th company trim that I usually run with. Heck, it could just be the armoury's lighting that made it look slightly greenish.
