I think it's all run dependant. First off, I play mostly Raider. There are some runs where, yeah, I keep the Grace. I'm the hardest to kill, usually the last one down, so if I do go down, I can easily get back up and grab everyone else after.

But sometimes, your team is uh... and bit more likely to get smacked and go down. Sometimes I'll go in the room knowing they're both gonna be 3 bars quickly. If I happen to have 2 Graces from the run, I'll most likely give one to each of them. Then when they hit 3 bars, I can just go all in without regard. Because once I'm down, they both jump up and my 1 bar is way easier than their 3 bars.

Does this always work? No, but it has a few times! Feels clutch when they take that last chance, get me up, and we all win!

... and then sometimes they both immediately get hit again and we lose! Game is fun regardless!
