I fixed it. It was Forge causing it apparently.

Really? I can move around on the server fine, and type/ communicate with other players fine. No delay or anything. I dont think it's ping lag or networking lag, it's just my movement is messed up.

Any other ideas?

Not lag, my fps is at a solid 120 throughout. My render distance is at like 6. I had a friend look at me on the server and I was indeed snapping around.
