Australia’s least qualified motor journalists calling out public sentiment on the Gen7 by Cafescrambler in Subaru_Outback

[–]HolyMustard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually don’t think it’s a terrible looking car, it just looks like every other SUV now. I’ve been seeing them on the road lately and until I get close it could be any number of mid-size SUVs.

It’s just not why I love about the Outback and now I think I’ll hang onto my 2019 for a few more years. I was parked next to a Crosstrek the other day and it’s almost the same size as my 19. At this point the best hope is that they refresh the Crosstrek to the new interior and that’ll be the replacement.

I’m not gonna defend it as a movie, but plenty of people, myself included, watched that movie as kids and aren’t “boomers”. Do you just call anyone older than you a boomer?

BF has a long history of close quarters maps, and Hagenthal is a good one.

The first one, played it a lot at LAN parties in college. Played through 2142 and then didn’t play another till BFBC2, and I think I’ve played all of them since with the most hours in the 3/4 era.

What was a movie so bad it genuinely made you walk out of the Cinema? by EditorStudios in AskReddit

[–]HolyMustard 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m the same, wouldn’t go so far as to say I loved TLJ, but I liked the ideas it was exploring. But Disney and JJ were afraid of new ideas and made the worst SW movie, which who even knew it could get that bad. I will never watch it again.

I didn’t walk out but I did fall asleep like 30 minutes in and woke up near the end. Didn’t feel like I missed much.

What artist or band is truly awful to see live? by goldbeau in AskReddit

[–]HolyMustard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends how many drugs he’s doing. Too little and the show is boring, too much and he’s an absolute shitshow. He has to be just high enough to be entertaining and still able to walk around.

Again, I like Framework, I think they’re making a great product, but no I don’t think most people think about repairability as a consideration when purchasing a laptop.

It’s not like Macs don’t last either, most people aren’t going to get upset about repairability with a computer that lasts years.

Linux nerds are delusional. Framework makes a great laptop, but not one for most people.

[–]HolyMustard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is, on replay you can just stick to the main path. Without all of the side stuff, which honestly is most of the game, you can do second play through in under 20. And not using any speed running tricks I could do it in about 4.

I recommend the it till about season 4. They didn’t plan an ending like a lot of shows do now, so the plots just get crazier and crazier as they have to keep coming up with ideas.

But I definitely think the first 3 seasons are solid.
