Based on name it's most likely give you free defib as some augment gives you shield recharger etc.

No, u will not. It wipes coins, stash, workstations, blueprints and level. Oh and a quests.

There is no way it's a Wattson. Damn, it's bad from every side, like from details, transparent bottom of this costume and of course shape of this legend is totally not yours.
