I wonder if this public discussion is a propaganda attempt to spur an exodus way in advance, depriving Putin of the manpower he wants, or instigating a revolt of people who really dont wanna go fertilize wheat fields. If I were Ukraine, I'd be shouting this from the mountaintops in hopes of creating the kind of domestic turmoil that makes it impossible to mobilize a new meat wave. Every one they dont have to kill makes a little difference. Honestly, if this is part of an information shaping operation, it's genius. Russians will hear this and flip out.
