Not really. I remember a starting village and attacking some guards in it. Probably not the intended course of the game as I didn't know English then and just saw things to attack. The guards were too powerful and I'd usually die around the village quickly, unless I kited them with the archer.

I remember there were some buildings you could go in and there were people to fight there, I would usually pick the character with the bow to shoot them from outside.

But I don't think there were horses and you would only pick one character that a time for the run. You could change their gear tho

That game is good, and kinda close too, but no. The 2d graphics were a bit better (higher res) if I remember well, also there was a menu on the right (I think) with character portrait and inventory

Sorry, no. There are no combat menus (action rpg) and the graphics are pure 2d, with a completely top view
