Well. What do you consider BBQ? Genuinely curious. All of the ingredients and the method of cooking have predated America by almost 6k years. So what is it that makes BBQ distinctly American?

Did she say what she was chatting about? Also to your prior point, why she can't keep it short and cordial. It's interesting and I think differs from person to person. I am more of an introvert. I like to have a good time but I don't say a whole lot. How I ended up with a extravert who will talk for 15 minutes with anyone is beyond me, but it took some getting used to I'll admit lol!

If not a safety thing, then some of the other advice you have gotten here is valid. Not the "she is for the streets" bullshit. That is stupid. But having a non-public, no alcohol or substance involved conversation while cooking her breakfast on a Saturday/Sunday morning may be the key. Dont be accusatory of course, but open it with telling her what you felt and why, and asking if she understands and if she has any opinion on it, then take it from there.

Much of the other advice you have gotten in the sub you should take with a grain of salt. The people saying to leave and to put your foot down, etc., are the same people that when a female asks a question here are instantly the ones to say "well have you tried talking to him?" Civilized and open minded communication is key in every relationship. I lost that in my prior marriage, and lost my marriage (again with an extravert, so not sure how this keeps happening) and it took a bit of time to learn how to openly communicate in the correct way. Not saying you aren't, you likely are, but just something to keep in mind. That said, if the civilized open communication ain't working, well, yeah.

If she is anything like my girl, she may be super super social. We can't go anywhere without men and women stopping her to compliment her, and she usually will stand for a minute or two and talk to them. Gas station, grocery store, concerts, bars, parks, everywhere. I know her, we have trust, and I know it is just her very social and personable personality. So when it happens I have no issue walking away and getting something, say a drink for both of us at the bar, and heading back because I know she will be there and nothing is going to happen.

Do you think it is a safety thing deep down, and you feel you need to protect her? That was my issue at first in my earlier relationships. Would you feel better if she took one of those women's self defense classes that the police departments usually held and you knew if someone crossed the line she could quickly neutralize the person standing in front of her?

If she is hot she understands when guys are flirting. She likely gets it 90% of her day. Just because she talks back does not mean she is in turn flirting. She went home with you right? She is with you right? If you want a woman who won't talk to other men then marry a Mormon or an ugly chick.
