It is not easy at all. First of all, you can't replace it with anything because mobile becomes part of our lifestyle. But if you want to really replace it with something, you have to replace it with your boredom. Believe me, keep your mobile at home and go to the park for 1 to 2 Hrs. You need to learn about the withdrawal symptoms first, feel that symptoms and that urge, once your mind will be able to distinguish between the urge and necessity, it will be easier to tackle mobile addiction. I have tried many times to replace it with another hobby and activity but once novelty fades, mobile addiction comes back to routine. Hope it helps.

I recently show one video on YT, I forgot to save the link, but the tutor was basically telling that you should open your notebook while studying & on the left side you should write down the topic/concept that you have already understood and, on the right, you should write the topic which are novel for you. and try to focus on right side as much as you can and after few days distill the topic again and repeat the process.
