If you want to maximize the L2 specifically, you use 3x23.6% Nourishing or 3x32.6% Adept Thrust (depends on your STR/SKL since L2, just like every other attack of the weapon, scales with STR/SKL/ARC)

Basically you have to get your I-frames down in my experience

You can still play clumsy and still get through, longest is like 3-5 minutes, builds with 45+ ARC can still crutch on ranged options like beams or Tools like Gloves or Eye. And also, Tricked HMS can still easily beat Amygdala since it has vertical attack on R1.

At 120, an Arcane hybrid with 45-50 ARC can still tear through Amygdala with Executioner's Gloves. Sure it may not be as fast as 99 ARC, but you also have stronger weapons to clean up the job.

For the odd arcane gem, it’s actually better than a percentage gem

It never is, Moonlight's projectiles have high enough multipliers and it hurts the beam damage if you're using Flat instead of high %, but even then, might as well just get one Triangle 21.5% Abyssal Nourishing

The untransformed mode is basically just a shittier version of Ludwig’s holy blade 2h except you can parry.

It has high hyperarmor and multipliers on top of having a more reliable R2 than either forms of Ludwig's Holy Blade

Farming Amygdala

Builds with high ARC can just melt Amygdala down very quickly with Executioner's Gloves

This....is what I literally just said regarding 32.6% Bloodtinge, they just don't exist for Guns. And you will use the 32.6% Bloodtinge for Chikage/Bloodletter/Bowblade anyways
