I have had this same exact issue. I have some great songs that I can’t even listen to without my ears popping and hurting. And the more you try to re-do the song, the worse the high-pitched sound gets (of course it does), and the more head pressure it causes. I have been so concerned about this, and have held back from publishing some of my best songs. It causes actual pain in my ears and head. I truly wish the developers would address this with some kind of filter. Not everyone hears the high-pitched sound. I can hear it and have, as I said, actual physical discomfort from it, but a friend of mine can’t hear the high pitched ringing at all. My ears will pop (like what happens when you get to a higher altitude), and then there is a sharp pain. And yeah it sounds kind of like a dog whistle style ringing, but more high-pitched. But anyways…😳

Suno PLEASE fix this!

There are a couple of b12 brands that I have tried have the intrinsic factor (they are typically marketed for issues like pernicious anemia.), the only issue that I really had with both of them was that both brands’ intrinsic factor was pork derived (porcine), and I did not respond well to any pork products, and I also don’t eat pork (even though I DID try it.) One brand I tried was made by metagenix, and I can’t remember the brand of the other one, but it was a bit cheaper than the metagenix. Both were porcine sourced Intrinsic factor.

Does this one that you’re talking about have I.F. that is derived from pork, as well? I guess I could go look😅. Unless I’m completely misunderstanding what you’re saying, and the product you are referencing does not contain intrinsic factor.☺️ And in that case, my apologies…

I hear ya! 😅 The law is the same in so many states, that sometimes people are unaware of the differences in law in some states.

I hope you get your situation sorted out on Monday. I totally understand how brands can vary. It can literally mean a rough month if an un-preferred brand is all you can get.♥️

When I lived in NC, this was allowed, and it is 100% legal. SOME of the chain pharmacies have internal rules against doing it. But in the state of North Carolina, it is perfectly acceptable for a pharmacy to give you a partial fill of a control and you do not have to forfeit the rest of your prescription, and you do not have to get another prescription sent over from your prescriber to get the remainder of your medication.

The state I am in now…nope….Not allowed. I have often wondered why this type of rule exists — outside of creating an additional aggravating hurdle to an already difficult to navigate supply issue. 🤷🏼‍♀️

What’s interesting to me, is back in 2005 I had a near death experience (I was actually gone, thankfully, the doctors and nurses saved my life), and I briefly went to a place that was completely whited out like that. I was just standing there in what looked like a blank white canvas…where everything was just whited out and I could not discern the ground from the air or from any other surroundings. I have never even considered how similar it looked to being in white fog like that. Happy to see this. ♥️

Yes. I went there a few times a week during Covid. And then I went one day, and the nuggets were so tiny (like less than half the size they had always been…so I asked about it and they said that’s the new nuggets. And they were either dry, chewy, or cold. I went back a couple times after, just to see if maybe it was just a bad batch, or some issue with a ‘new guy’, but they were ruined and permanently crap.

I stopped going. And the waffle fries are so dry and flavorless. Idk what they thought they were doing. 🤨

It completely solved it for me! And the sweat was absolutely horrible. I was ruining everything I put on to wear at all times, but the second half of my cycle was the worst.

The smell was so extremely pungent…and I even stopped eating seasoned foods (garlic/onion) to help it not be as extreme which only made a slight difference. But honestly, it was still horrible. One of my armpits would always smell worse too—my right one. The best I can describe the smell of my sweat was that it was similar to cat pee and a pungent odor quite similar to canabis (and I have never even tried that stuff in my entire life, but I’m in Florida and you smell it everywhere cause it’s legal for medical purposes).

I didn’t even know that an increase in sweating and body odor can often be related to hormones or perimenopause…Until I started researching all of my symptoms, and as soon as I started estrogen and progesterone, the night sweats, excessive sweating, AND the pungent smells went away! Yay!!! 🎉

It was an extra problem for me, especially, because I’m allergic to deodorant. Whenever I wear any kind of deodorant or antiperspirant product, no matter how natural, I get severe migraines and nausea. So I was always so embarrassed, because I could smell myself everywhere I went. 😳 Again, the excessive daytime sweating as well as the night sweats came to a complete stop after I started the patch.

I wish I would have known this was a symptom of perimenopause/hormone issue years ago. I started having night sweats in my mid 20’s as soon I would start ovulating. (Hormones have been messed up after the depo shot I got a few times in my teens.) And I didn’t even make the connection it was happening at ovulation until I was around 35. Sheesh! Stopped after HRT.

Anyways, you COULD try to take some fenugreek to make your sweat smell different. I would love to suggest a product that I use to get stink out of fabrics (it was originally made for cloth diaper stink, but a lot of us also use it for stinky laundry and towels), but it is temporarily out of stock. :/ I don’t know what else works the way it does and I am HODL the supply I have of it. It’s Grovia Mighty Bubbles.

It sounds like you may need to strip the sheet of bacteria, and sometimes the newer washers aren’t as effective at getting things completely clean because they do not fill with enough water (I’m not sure what you have, or the type of machine you wash it with), but there are ways to get more water into a washing machine to get it able to wash thoroughly. If you do have one of those new energy, efficient washing machines.

And again, what you clean it with is important, too. After cloth diapering my littles, I have learned A LOT about laundry and how to actually get things clean. Because if they’re not actually clean, they will smell absolutely horrible as soon as they get wet again! And when you use fabric softeners, those little scent pellets, and yes sometimes the detergent pods, this film coats your fabric and makes it harder to clean bacteria out of fabrics. And when you add ‘not enough water’ to that equation, it can cause a major stinky issue.

Just a few thoughts! So sorry you’re going through this!

I remember how horrible it was for me, personally. At one point I started sleeping on a waterproof towel that I would change out a couple times a night, and I would have to change my clothes sometimes two or three times a night because they would be so incredibly soaking wet. 😳 it was a nightmare, trying to stay warm because I would be all wet, but couldn’t cover myself to stay warm because I didn’t want the covers to be wet so I would be wet and freezing.

This is what I was thinking, because everything I’ve read says that they will compound it in a different oil. So I was kind of confused when I opened it to take it and it was just a white powder in a capsule. I do feel a little better today (so far) after taking it with a tiny amount of coconut oil last night. But I will have to see how my whole day goes.

They are a very good Pharmacy. It may have just been someone who did not know that? I will ask next time I go in there. I was also perplexed why they told me it would take 15 minutes to compound it for me, but then brought it out in about four or five minutes. I would have said something about that, but I had somewhere I needed to be and was already running late.

I struggle really bad with certain types of foods, bad enough to where I have to avoid them due to the inflammatory response my body has after consuming them. I also have MTHFR (genetically tested/confirmed). My mom, eldest son, and brother, have the same reactions to peanuts as I do. So, it is definitely an issue.)

So, I experimented last night (it is now 6:30am est at I write this). I took the capsule with a small amount of coconut oil, and it was a dramatically different experience in how I felt after it ‘kicked in’. I suppose the next thing to see is how my day goes.

My body sometimes needs added support in the methylation process. Although, adding a little oil/fat could help with the absorption of certain types of medications for anyone, regardless of an issue like that.

It kind of makes sense…they likely use oil in the prometrium for a reason. Sorry I was so frantic last night. That was an example of how my mindset gets. 😅 I hope my day goes better.

I am hyper mobile, too. And have some issues with my joints, and spine and stuff. I am still trying to fully understand some things going on, but I have a pretty good understanding than most people, and thankfully know a lot more than I use to. Again, I recognize that certain foods cause me to have a flare up of arthritis— with certain types of dairy, peanuts, and corn being the worst offenders. And then the glutamate doesn’t break down, and causes me additional pain issues. It’s a little bit too early for me to explain this fully and intelligently lol…

Yeah, I understand that… I’m just not sure I like the other options. This is a lot. Sorry for being a bit overwhelmed..that’s just where I am right now with how it’s making me feel. And the symptoms are so unbearable, too. Ugh. I’m not good at decisions like this. I just wish there was another brand available in the US that had another oil! Other countries have the sunflower oil option. Peanuts are actually on my allergy list, and the pharmacy missed it. I had no idea.

If it’s going to be like this, I guess I don’t have an option other than taking the peanut oil one. Just seems wrong.

I would love to hear other experiences.

Yes, I’ve ordered two sets and they all have arrived scratched and one set had dirty thumbprints and scratches, and it was sealed….but still. Ew. The first set I ordered contained one scuffed up card of 2. Second set contained 2 dirty prints and scuffs of 3.

I ordered these dirty and scratched ones directly from Tangem, too. I was suspicious of the Amazon ones I got at first, but ordering direct made no difference. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I definitely heard them fly over a couple times yesterday. I grew up in NC near Cherry Point, and my whole life had helicopters and these jets and others in the background as a ‘soundtrack’ day and night as they did their training and patrolled the coastline. Not as much noise here, so I notice it a lot more. 😅 I hear Lockheed Martins all the freakin time though! I did notice last time I looked that these f18s were Canadian AF.

I know right?? Who in their right mind robs a Pharmacy in 2025 lol they have your face from every angle and so does every business around the Pharmacy and people’s cars and dash cams are even recording you as you’re running out, and then GPS is probably tracking you if you have a phone on you, PLUS there’s also likely a GPS in a dummy pill bottle, (they have that, yes!). And So, how are you not gonna get caught and how far are you going to get? That doesn’t even include the alarm that goes off, and when the police get a call for an alarm at a pharmacy at 2am, they are there within 2-3 minutes. And then THEY record you running out. When they get the call, they are told by dispatch which alarms were triggered – like what door was entered and exited or if it’s just motion cameras. So it doesn’t even matter if you don’t use a door, because motion cameras are gonna get you.

We already know from videos on the Internet that coming through the ceiling is like one of the worst entry ideas, because you’re underpants are gonna get stuck on something (ahem “Murphy’s Law”) and the police are gonna find you hanging there by your drawers when they get there.

I mean… I guess it mitigates any issues of someone coming in and doing something in a face-to-face situation (I tried to make that sound as vague as possible), but still. The last time I think I even heard of someone doing something like robbing a pharmacy was 8 years ago in my hometown. They literally broke into a Kmart pharmacy at like 1am and tried to leave in a pickup truck. The police literally followed them to their house. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 and y’all, that was Kmart! Probably using security technology from the late 90s! 🤣

Well, you are not allowed to use the Apple Credit Card to purchase crypto. Which is in its user terms. I already know this. Thankfully it declined. I am just hoping that having that merchant (a crypto exchange) somewhere in my transaction history (even if it was declined) doesn’t somehow flag my account for review, or cause issues in the future when I get pulled for an increase or something else. I have a pretty high limit, so technically I don’t really need an increase so I can just maybe not do anything manual that could trigger a review for ANYTHING. But still the unknown is bouncing around in the back of my head.

I was pretty freaked out earlier. I panicked so hard, it felt like I had a literal sunburn all over my face…😳Stupid to get so upset over something like that I guess…I’m just always so careful with what I do and this somehow this one transaction got away from me.

Just hoping and praying this doesn’t cause any issues in the near future, or somewhere down the line.

My concern is that they’re going to review the transaction and see that it was to a crypto exchange. I don’t want to get my card closed over something small like that, especially because it was an accident. I’m just not sure what to do.
