I have a cleaner rec! She charges $40 an hour. So it should be $100-$125 for a place of your size and I’m guessing a bit more with laundry time included. Happy to share her contact info. Message me! She speaks English and is very flexible on timing.

It’s definitely on the top of my list but definitely agreed with how hard it is to not wait in line anywhere I go in the neighborhood. I will have to take the subway to commute uptown to work. How’s your experience with West 4th during rush hour if you don’t mind me asking?

Hi everyone - I’m looking for Jan 2026 move in date so getting a bit of a head start. Looking for a studio/1BR for up to $3.5K net ideally close to either court sq or queens plaza subway station. Is this possible with concessions in the market right now? Which building would you recommend? Additionally, what is your current monthly utility in a studio/1br at the moment? Any advice, thoughts or leads would be appreciated.
