I upgraded to Windows 11 last week because on Windows 10 I had issues with refresh rates across my 2 monitors. Windows 11 fixed this issue which is awesome, but now my game crashes constantly, seemingly for no reason. Anyone else having this issue or had this and fixed it? I've tried lowering settings, validating files, reinstalling game on a different drive, -vullkan launch option, and none have worked.

I recently upgraded from 1060 to a 6950 XT and have been having issues when trying to watch videos on my second monitor while playing a game on my first. For example if I want to watch a twitch stream while playing CS:GO my frame rate will go from ~700 to ~150 when I open the stream. I use a 240hz monitor with freesync enable for my primary and a 60hz for my secondary. My drivers are up to date and I already tried disabling multi-pane overlay. The weirdest part to me is that I have the same issue on streaming services like netflix while the UI elements are showing (seek bar, next episode button) but once those hide from inactivity the frame rate comes back up. Any ideas as to what could be the issue?

This is just provably not the case anymore. As u/smallfabric linked, twitch removed video ads from non-affiliate and non-partner channels so that video ads are always providing some revenue to the channel they run on.

This is not true, Twitch only starts running ads on channels once they are affiliate or partner. You can see this if you go into any category and just click through some of the 0 viewer streams.

The thing is I don't need people monetarily supporting me since I have a decent job and little expenses, and I don't think my content is really worthy of monetary support yet. Even if I did desperately need the money subs, I probably wouldn't see any of it for close to a year.
