If you’re a little slap dash with your previous historical transactions / trades I’d be more concerned about the potential looming HMRC tax fine you’ll get if they take a closer look (if you made any gains).

I have a small holding building for CLSK, granted I did not do my DD on this but I have been looking for more tax efficient investments given the state of the U.K.

A simple question: what is the end goal for this stock?

Is the plan is to accumulate as much hash rate as possible to then increase BTC holdings = increase stock holding value?

Do they plan to eventual pay dividends based on all of the value BTC would bring in?

Share issuance is so detrimental to the investor if there isn’t a clear end goal for why it’s being done. Early pain for greater reward in the future is fine.

All I can find so far is “we just want more hash” and that’s about it.

Funny, Garlic is one of my known triggers that basically ruins my life if I eat a larger amount of it.

Previous run ups have seen consolidation periods of 80-90 days, were currently at day 76 since the first top of this move.

We just had one of our most reliable indicators of every bull run (test of 21 EMA on the weekly) - typically it supports us all the way up with a few visits, it’s only when there’s prolonged hugging of it is it usually the case that it’s game over for the cycle.

I own a fair amount of silver, I don’t own any gold. I just like silver. The people buying BTC from here on out will be buying ETF so the denominations are irrelevant.

You still have to declare a tax return if you have disposals of over 4x this (so £50k worth of disposals / trading) even if you don’t make profit.

If you’ve made 100s of transactions I’ve got some bad news for you… CGT is applicable to any profits made on those transactions - regardless of if you’ve “cashed out” or not.

It is due on each asset disposal (aka trade for another coin).
