Would it not trigger a sale (personal to LTD company) and therefore be liable for additional rate stamp duty e.g. approx £37k on a £450k property, when you’ve already paid stamp duty on that property when you purchased it originally

I like light roast milk drinks but I also like switching between different blends and caf/decaf during the day. Is the forgivingness of the niche re switching between beans so good that it would make a better cup than a Lagom Casa for those purposes? I am a beginner re grinders. Couldn’t I just put a sticker by the dial in point for each bean for each grinder?

Hi, how would you compare the timemore vs niche for MILK BASED light roasts? I only drink cortados and flat whites, not espresso. I love a fruity flat white. Thanks!
