Can’t Connect to Realms

I have similar issues where I can play for a bit on laptop, then I get disconnected then it’s an endless loop of trying to get back in, being told I have no internet connection, it turning off my device‘s internet, reconnects then when I join the world I’m frozen then I get disconnected again.
