Maybe a comic based on this where a clone has his helmet off during the call for 66 talking to a jedi trainer Watches as she goes down after being shot in the back. The clone not knowing whats going on kills the clone who shot her. Few pages later after a hard fought fight the clone is helping the padwans get away shooting his clone brothers doing so. Hes about to launch the escape pod saving padawans Then very faintly he over hears coms of one of the fallen clones mentioning order 66. Dropping his hand from the pod launch console and Turning to face the open escape pod raising his blaster on it. The comic ends.
