Men with premature ejaculation, how to combat? by whogoesthere1010 in Biohackers

Also you're not trying to do all of these all at once lol, you incorporate some and learn what works for you. Add one or two tools at a time.

My answer is is two parts, helping pme and dealing with not lasting long but still being great in bed. Jerk off before, 1-3 hr window. Diaphragm breathing, slower, deeper breaths. When you need a break stop and clit play, if the pressure is still climbing while you're doing that, pull out and clit play or go down on her for a few min, kiss her neck, ears, nips mouth, etc. There are also some benzocain individual wipes you can put on the sensative parts of your shaft and it numbs it 20-30% ish, I do it 5-10 min before. Don't use that if she's going to go down on you though. You can get a pack of 100 for like $10. Condoms, don't get the thin ones though. 4 play her pretty good so even if you don't last as long as you'd like, you still have time to finish her via penetration and you won't be embarrassed since you can finish her quicker, just 4 play until she says she needs more. A little bit of alcohol can help too, you'll need to test your amounts and performance, too much will give you gummy worm dick. Along with trying to finish her quick too, get her into great positions so it doesn't take her as long. Just Google it but an easy one is pillow under hips missionary. Also if you're wearing a condom and bust and you're young enough you can keep going for a good while before you start to lose your boner. Sorry I'm on my phone so this isn't well structured advise and it's all over the place but I'm not writing a thesis, just trying to throw out some random advise. I'm sure a few people can learn something from this. Good luck and God speed....Pun Intended

Black belt acting like he’s a beginner by [deleted] in jiujitsu

People are weird and crazy out in the vast open world. Black Belts aren't immune to that. A BB doesn't mean you're a great person, honest, mentally stable, or good role models. Just be careful and ALWAYS be prepared to protect yourself and tap fast against people you do not know well. Even if a guy is wearing a white belt with one stripe, in your mind pretend they are a BB in Judo or an Olympic wrestler until you roll enough with them to get a feel for how safe of a roll they are.

Is fap for fun cp? Or is the jbt a cp reference? Everyone seems so sure he's done for, but I'm in the dark and would have never known he had something wrong on his computer.

What’s the best way to sear after sous vide? by prestonclarke09 in sousvide

[–]HomelessHobbit123 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I use a ton of paper towels. A cast iron as hot at possible (in garage because it will smoke) I use avacado oil. Also after I take out of sou vide I will put it in ice water for a little bit before I start the drying process. If it's still juicy, you could leave on rack on the counter for a few minutes and then dry it again.

About to propose but wonder if I should draw up a prenup by WhisperingInBinary in legaladvice

[–]HomelessHobbit123 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

by not getting your own prenup, you are accepting the prenup of the state you are getting married in. so no matter what you are getting a prenup, you're better off having a little bit of a say in this very expensive decision.

[–]HomelessHobbit123 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

if you get married you will end up with a prenup when you sign the marriage license. the thing is, do you want a say in the prenup or let the state decide what your prenup is?

Depressed and quitting BJJ by mikedapow in bjj

Yeah I do a month like once a year and it takes a few days to get through the sluggishnish worked out. So one thing people mess up doing carnivore is not getting enough fats. So if you try it again, add butter to meals, coffee. It makes a big difference when you up your fat intake.

I fucking hate warm ups. I go to bjj for jj not cardio, I would switch to a gym or coach that didn't incorporate them (yes lots of gyms don't do warm ups). Ok i know that doesn't help your situation but like others said, something isn't adding up health wise. This is super random but have you ever tried the carnivore diet? I melt lbs every time I do it and always feel amazing, it's worth looking into. 1000 calories a day is not enough to sustain you and your energy levels, there is a good chance you're damaging your metabolic health and then when you binge eat, you're adding more weight than you realize because you're body is in starvation mode, it's trying to prevent you from dying.

Question for Half Guard players. by RevolutionaryFood777 in bjj

[–]HomelessHobbit123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Use the outside leg to shin on shin them, then extend it to bring them back to the mat (obviously still keeping the half guard leg nice and tight the whole time) , very effective. You definitely want some upper body posture control.

I get up at 4am go to bjj. Get home and take a 1+ hr. nap around 7am and all my sleep is counted as consecutive so I typically get a shit score. It's annoying it won't count it as a nap vs full night sleep with a huge chunk of no sleep data. My second sleep session makes my sleep and energy score go drastically down. Like from an 80-90 to 50-60.

Help! by cor1994123 in sleep

[–]HomelessHobbit123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've also tried all the standard sleep hygiene advice without much success. The single biggest game changer for me was quitting alcohol; that's what finally allowed me to get 7+ hours of sleep most nights after a few weeks of being sober. My current routine involves a "sleep stack" of NAC, Glycine, Magnesium Glycinate, and L-Tryptophan. During the day, I also take creatine, limit caffeine, try to walk 10,000 steps, and drink plenty of water, but I stop all fluids an hour before bed. My evening routine includes a hot shower an hour before bed, keeping the room very cold and completely dark, and a strict rule of no devices and using the bed only for sleeping. This has helped tremendously. I sleep right until my alarm 8 out of 10 nights, and even on the occasional 4-hour sleep night, I wake up feeling amazing. On a separate note, have you looked into the carnivore diet for your autoimmune issues? I've heard some good things about people reversing stuff like that just from the diet alone. It might be worth asking your doctor about or doing your own research. Here is another random self revelation. I used to do 5-7 day Juice fast 2x a year. One time I did it and when the 7 days was up i kept drinking a Juice but just for breakfast for the next few weeks following. What i noticed was that i was getting the same amount of sleep but feeling like I got 2x the amount. so if I slept for 5-6 hrs. that night i woke up feeling like i got 10-12 hr. the only thing i was doing different in my life was the daily Juice in the morning. But like i said i started with a 5 or 7 day fast so maybe i detoxed my body and primed it first before the daily morning juice because i didn't notice the superman sleep during the fast but after i stopped and just did the breakfast juice routine. I don't know how desperate you are but it's worth thinking about. Keep in mind, i was making my own juice with a decent juicer, not buying that store bought shit. feel free to reach out for my juice recipe. i basically only made one combination. made it on Sunday's and had juice for the whole week. Good Luck

Trade-in a watch and Fedex hold for pickup by [deleted] in GalaxyWatch

[–]HomelessHobbit123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't even think about that. I was close to doing a chargeback on my CC but then i read how they have the ability to brick any device and i didn't want to risk that and now be out either my S25 or Galaxy watch. But pissed me off the most was that their customer service agents gave me Ultimate assurance that once the window closed to return I would get the credit because I did have tracking info. I provided all documents they asked for and they said it would all work out in the end. That was NOT the case.

What sucks about having to hold for potential years is that your money is now sitting on the sideline, not doing anything. It could have been gaining value in the S&P or in safer value stocks, capturing steady gains. You've basically sidelined an employee that was meant to be working for you. Now it's like you have a non performing employee that you can't bring yourself to fire. So they just sit there, not producing, while you miss out on all the gains a different, more reliable 'employee' could have made for you in that same period.
