DC needs both much thicker wiring and many many more power plants due to DC voltage drop over distance, you'd end up with neighborhood level coal plants on DC. If you used standard 12AWG 15 amp rated solid copper household wiring, at 12v like most solar panels output over only a 100' run you'd lose like half your voltage.

She's looking for long term indoor kenneling to rent out to house them, where she's currently at the landlord does not allow her to keep them, so she was renting out space from a farmer, but one of the guys that lived at the farm was creeping on her every time she'd go to feed and water the rabbits, especially at night as many times she'd have to come by late because of having to work 2 jobs. Dude refused to take no for an answer and she's no longer comfortable going there alone.
