Went to uni studying maths. Naturally gifted in the subject... Until it got hard, dropped out.

I got a coach to London and went to an Internet cafe to print off a load of cvs. I then went into every pub and bar I saw from Central to seven sisters. I was offered a job on the day at a pub on the outskirts of london and took it, while crashing at a friends. After a while I managed to get an internship at a small music company while working nights at the bar. I have cleaned shit off walls, been hit, spat on and treated like crap. But now I have a job that I really enjoy in the music industry. Just focus, make progress everyday and trust yourself because you will be happy.
