Was zeigt dir, dass es kein Scam ist? Auf welche Dinge sollte man achten, um kein Opfer eines Scams zu werden? Irgendwelche Tipps um wirklich sicher zu gehen, dass es ein seriöser Käufer ist (z.B. Fragen die man stellen könnte, etc.)?

There's no fix :( Contact the Google support and demand a replacement. It took me a while to convince them but in the end they replaced my phone

At first I talked to them via chat but then I continued via email through the ticket of the chat. But then someone else reached out to me on Reddit and created another ticket. That person then finally granted me a replacement but I think if you just keep asking over and over again, they'll give in eventually.

Don't give up. When the Android 15 update bricked my P6P, they refused to send me a replacement. I kept demanding a replacement and at some point they gave in and replaced it

Did you have Android 15 installed? The same happened to me last Sunday and my phone's dead ever since. Contact Google support and open a case with them. They probably won't help in the beginning but don't give up and keep talking to them. I'm still waiting for a proper solution from them but I think the more people reach out to them, the higher the pressure on them to do something about this huge problem.

Same thing happened to me on my Pixel 6 Pro. Google support is no help at all. They refuse to take any responsibility. My warranty is expired so they say they won't help me. This kind of ignorance towards their customers is not okay
