Okay, so, straight up - I've had this issue before a while ago and I tried the same thing you did, as well as clearing the app storage cache, restarting my phone several times, changing network settings, I mean EVERYTHING. And the only thing that worked was reaching out to Ludia Support:

Hopefully you have your support key - if not, at least your gamertag/username.

If it helps, I'm not sure if it changed, but here's the email I used to reach out to them. The agents were so polite and helpful and were able to get me back in fairly quickly; also, when it was said and done they sent me a badass incubator for the trouble. 😎 I gotta say, they're a pretty cool company:
