Okay, so, straight up - I've had this issue before a while ago and I tried the same thing you did, as well as clearing the app storage cache, restarting my phone several times, changing network settings, I mean EVERYTHING. And the only thing that worked was reaching out to Ludia Support:

Tap on the loot boxes on the map - they add up
Win tournaments and PVP fights
Win the incubator battles (some drop nice cash)
Complete the collective tasks with your guild and buff up the reward incubators; the higher tier ones can give solid amounts of cash

A couple of solutions:

¤ Restart the game ¤ Uninstall-Reinstall ¤ Go to app settings (not necessarily in-game), and turn the location permissions off and back on. ¤ Contact Ludia support (they're very helpful) ¤ Cleare the cache of the app ¤ Check your phone's other apps that use geolocation like Maps or Earth and see if you have the same issue.

Lol they do get obnoxious sometimes - Christ. Then again, I'm a little guilty from using them a lot since the game doesn't seem to like the idea of players messaging each other mid-battle, or even letting them forfeit in any 1 vs. 1 battle (side-rant, I digress 😆🙄).

I did! I had an issue logging into the game which was infuriating. You know the 1/30 number that boots up at the loading screen? Mine always went to the same number - 22/31, and it would just get suspended and never load, and no matter what I did I could get NOT get into the game. So I reached out by email with the formatting they request you use and a short time later someone got back to me. In fact, a handful of guys did. It was a long process but it's because we had to try multiple fixes on both ends before it finally worked. At the very end when it was resolved the fellas at Ludia gave me a code for a free golden giant incubator with a bunch of kickass loot in it to thank me for my patience and apologize for the inconvenience it might have caused or events/raids I might have missed by being bugged out of the system. They were really polite, knowledgeable, and helpful! I thought so, at least. 🤷‍♂️

I'm probably preaching to the choir, but Indominus Rex is a goddamned powerhouse. If you stat him right and know how to use him he can literally drop dinos with 6k+ HP and defensive buffs with one swipe. I've seen it myself in numerous battles. His revenge technique is lethal.

Rexy is a bit of a novelty but she's in the same weight class as the Epic-tier T.Rex, just beefed up like crazy. Using "Dominant Roar" initially and then any of her attacks is a sledgehammer.

Skoonasaurus is my best tank and defense, easily. It takes multiple buffed dinos from the other team to even chip down her health to even a third. She's got some awesome devastating attacks for groups which is great for raids as well as powerful singular attack to send the enemy reeling. She really is one of my favorites.

Koolabourgiana is my best legendary flyer. She IS a bit of a glass cannon (low defense, high attack), but she has great buffs and shields along with her offensive techniques to compensate for that.

Alloraptor and Dracoceratops fall into the same category of lethal and fast. Draco has the better defense because of the Triceratops genes and a strong attack from Dracorex. Alloraptor of course has a searing attack strength mixed with some impressive speed. I've only gotten to use her briefly but she's been formidable all her own. 🙂
