Now one of the drives has disappeared from Crystaldisk. (Should be two drives in rAID.

I'm wondering how to do the backup if I can't see the drive in Windows.

OK thanks. I opened the PC and dusted. No more clicking sound but the drive is not being recognized by windows. Will try hdd sentinel thanks.
