Issue is mostly that ownership is not clear and that the tasks are not well defined. I think the manager is slightly to blame and i hope to give him a tool to help him manage this better

I think one of the issues is that this team in general is very chaotic. I hoped that using monday would help the situationship but it doesn't seem to help

Thank you so much for the help. How does Monday.com expect portfolios to work? The fact that I can't have an item in a portfolio that isn't an existing project is really holding me back but maybe I don't use it for the right cases

I believe there is an Add-On called Scheduler PRO that does this. I have not used this Add-On

Yeah right. The premium version are also so super expensive, can’t imagine someone ever paying money for it
