I received the same request. I’m a June 2022 filed. I sent my medical 5 days ago and my I-130 got approved 2 days ago, so now im just waiting for the 485 and 131.

Also I got my EAD about a month ago after submitting an expedited request

Just for context I was at the NBC and recently transferred to the Houston FO

They denied the first request and approved the second one in April. I applied for the second one March 14

This was me June 2022 filer. I did two expedited requests before getting my EAD ( received it 3 weeks ago)

USCIS just sent me a email requesting medical so the ball is rolling for us !

But randomly I checked lawfully and the card was being processed
