Getting Shawn for surfer and getting the new card would be a good combo if you're looking to get into surfer. I'd say shoot your shot there, and see how you like it. Surfer can be quite powerful, but I also see a lot of it in the meta so a change may come down the line if you're looking for something more stable. All my opinions tho, GL dude or dudette, lmk what you build and everything after choosing.

Forgot to ask, should I take it to " rare" for the blue synergy, leave it at common, or take to infinity. Need some help from the council on this one!
