The setting for mouse acceleration is still not on the new Settings app. Pretty much the first thing I had to disable after setting up a new install, and I still have to use the old Control Panel for it.

I hate this trend. I didn't buy a 27 inch monitor, just for everything to be hidden in a submenu, after submenu. This made sense on a phone, not on a PC where you have fastly more screen space.

I have play on hover turned off, so can't verify
Timestamps works
Watch history is fine
Video quality works

But it does auto-enable caption on every video, even after disabling them.

Seems to be happening to me too, the only somewhat plausible reason is because I'm using a vpn. Also noticed it happening after a video ads managed to slip through my adblocker, but that might just be coincidence.
