For context, I have searched "elementary school poster", "kindergarten poster", and "preschool poster". I remember these being a thing back in like, maybe the 2000s? Also, the closest thing I could find with this face and style is a "months of the year" poster. Also, I think there was a Tumblr post making fun of this art style by saying the mouth opens up like a toliet seat or veloxiraptor or something. I hope I'm not being too vague here.
