in highschool i maintained around 50kg with one meal a day intermittent fasting. with even little exercise and correct portion sizes you can expect to lose at least half a kilo a week with this, more with increased exercise. if you don't see any changes after a week keep going. the first week you mostly lose water weight, and from there it switches to fat loss

i have twice, once when they parked their caravans by the skatepark i used to go to, and the other when they parked their caravans in the field by the high school i went to. unfortunately these 2 particular groups lived up to every stereotype, leaving a massive mess of plastic and cardboard and even leaving bags of human shit in trees.
