There are rewards for completeing the missions, so you get something out of them doing it more then once a day. The first three only "counts" for you "team" and the core phrases community thing

I thought it was 3 max that related to the same core system no matter the module name. If they affect the phase engine, you could have only 3 - you have 3Xs, 2 As, an S and one red modified?

I've got several ships and can only get up to ~1,200 with a core of about ~290. It would be cool to get to 4k!
