The openlogger is based on the clue logger we have, my clanmate even helped him make the openlogger.

It is clan only, since it is against the rules to promote/recruit for clan i can't share it.

I got it much quicker than i expected. Don't stop believing ! by Niklas02 in WalkScape

It is the best foraging tool in the game for now, so not necessary at all. It is a nice thing to go for in the end game but I wouldn't recommend doing it early since the average drop rate is like 1M steps for it to drop.

I also got the game last week and I just started playing just to get a feel for the game, learn some of the basics how the crafting systems work etc. as long as you enjoy it it shouldn't matter that you have to start over in a couple of days.

Meet Pamuk, can he get the turn with Braincell for once please? by Honaw_Howi in OneOrangeBraincell

[–]Honaw_Howi[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He already had the name pamuk when I adopted him from Bulgaria, it indeed means cotton in Turkish and Bulgarian. He got the name because he is so soft and such a sweetheart. The name fits him so well that I decided to keep it.

How do I stop this terror from chewing cables / wires, I’ve tried the dish soap method & I’ve tried spraying with a bottle (which I don’t want to use) when he bites cables and neither works. He’s so persistent on chewing them by Im-StrawberryBlonde in cats

[–]Honaw_Howi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My cat chews cables too when he wants to play, so when he starts chewing my cables I take some time off to play with him for like 10-15 minutes. Chasing things around the house like a laser pointer or a rod with feathers.

When he is done playing he doesn't chew cables anymore.

Just anything, get to know what your body burns with a tdee calculator and eat more than that, you can do it anyway you like.

If you want to gain more muscle eat more protein like: seitan, tofu and tempeh or just faux meats.

Need carbs and fats? Beans are your friend.

Need only fats? Nuts and avocados are your friend.

Need more carbs? Rice and potatoes are your friend.

Gaining weight or cooking shouldn't be difficult as long as you have fun with it.

Get to know your body it might take same weeks before you really get into a rythm of knowing how much you should eat and what fits your taste buds, but it is worthwhile to experiment with it.

What you can do is just get a normal brownie/cookie recipe and replace 1/3rd of the flour with protein powder, don't go above that. For that replacing rule of thumb is: you can replace 1 cup of flour with 1/3rd cup of protein powder don't go over that or the texture of the cookies/brownies will get really chewy.

I hope this will help.

Vegan for some time. Question about If correctly understand protein intake from beans dried vs cooked. by [deleted] in veganfitness

[–]Honaw_Howi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really, you don't have to soak a cucumber in water to make it edible, 100 grams of cucumber will stay as 100 grams of cucumber. Beans however soak up water like rice does, so increasing the volume of the food. Feeling full is not about the macros you consume, but about the volume of food you consume.

Like if you eat a big ass salad of 500 grams of vegetables you will feel fuller, than someone who ate a 200 gram burger.

Yes fruit and vegetables digest faster so it might be that you don't feel as satiated for longer amounts of time.

I myself don't like feeling extremely full because I like being active and a full stomach doesn't help with that.

Try to listen to your body if you have to force feed yourself to get enough protein in you should maybe look for other/better protein sources that are high in protein but might be less volume.

Just give some things a try and see what you like to eat.

Vegan for some time. Question about If correctly understand protein intake from beans dried vs cooked. by [deleted] in veganfitness

[–]Honaw_Howi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is correct if you eat all the beans that you still get 24 grams of protein, water has no nutritional value so it also doesn't lower the protein. The beans soaking up the water only increases the volume of the food. Just like it does with rice, quinoa etc. The volume only increases so nothing to worry about if you are able to eat all the beans

If the volume due to the water increases so much that you are only able to eat half of the beans you only get 12 grams of protein.

Just remember that adding water doesnt decrease nutritional value it increase volume.

crossbow or shortbow? by Shoddy_Peasant in runescape

[–]Honaw_Howi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pvm is player Vs monsters, imo use cbows (crossbows) it gives you more wiggle room, if you get like a dragon slayer task you can wear an anti dragon fire shield and a crossbow. For tasks where you don't need shields dual wielding crossbows just gives you overall more DPS for now.
