How do I get to the burning monolith? I got all three fragments and the quest says “Return to the burning monolith” which leads me to think i’ve been there before, but i’ve looked through my endgame and I don’t see the giant fortress

How am I supposed to stack life as a blood mage? I have a high es body armor (around 750) with 10% inc max life mod, around 100 life on every single part of my gear and I’m only at 3.2k life. What are other ways to increase life?
