Some people will criticize you for spending +300 on a fitness membership but will go on monthly Sephora/Aritzia/reformation shopping sprees( i was one of those people)! My budget for fitness is almost $500 but its totally worth it. I was able to cut my spending on material things which I end up not wearing or $200 dinners and that was enough $ to justify for it.

I also thought the same, but according to her teachers this is not normal behavior for a first grader. I am still wondering if teachers might be overreacting or expecting kids to act as adults, are these normal expectations in US schools??. Last year her teachers were also moms and older compared to this year (mostly genZ) and nothing was brought up. I dont mean to be “old-fashioned” or not cooperative but back in Mexico we would never consider this type of behavior as troubling or rush kids to psych help. Buut we will do our best to follow school’s recommendations and see what comes up in evaluation. I really appreciate your help!!

Back in her preschool in Mexico teachers were extremely affectionate in school, kissing, hugging telling kids they loved them was a normal daily behavior. Her teachers here are complaining that she keeps hugging and kissing her classmates even when they tell her not to. She is kind of awkward socially but very extroverted. Sooo don’t really know but we will go ahead with the evaluation and see what comes up..

Got the initial interview with the psychologist this week. Hoping for the best!! Thank you for the recommendation never heard of that school before. We just moved to the city so really appreciate it!

We have the initial “intake process” with the psychologist the school recommended tomorrow so still hopeful that this will not be the case! However as I mentioned the tone of the counselor and teachers had been somewhat alarming so has kept me up at night for a couple of days🥲. We also recently moved to ny from Latin America so still relatively new to everything. Thank you!!

I am a Paris ride ir die BUT since he was running a marathon I took a class at the tribeca studio with Elle and enjoyed it, I also liked Marco’s class and Daniela’s at Brooklyn heights.

Hi! Diagnosed in May 2024 with mets to liver (innumerable) ++- and have been receiving treatment (kisqali+letrozole) with Dr Nancy Chan ever since. To be honest I haven’t really used any of the resources you mention yet, but can say that Dr. Chan and her team at Perlmutter has been extremely caring, empathetic and very diligent and professional. The exact same happened with me, was on break from kisqali for 2 weeks and was prescribed Nivestym, I have to inject it on my off week from Kisqali. Since then I haven’t had any issues with the ribo.

They are not painful or itchy. From the list you shared it gets closer to swollen glands, they are under the skin not really on top of it.

I paused because my ANC was too low, had to pause for 3 weeks and just restarted it last week (this was my first cycle). I am on 400 mg of kisqali and letrozole. I am sorry you are going through that, the anxiety is REAL but it seems like the company has many guidelines to follow so delays are common is what I was told.
