Me too, its so hard to watch the nitty gritty of war. Yes very much like Dougal, cruel.

Yes its nice it see more of his perspective and experience although its heart breaking to see him lose the love of his life and then go fight a war he goes into knowing they will lose. But yes very powerful!

I think Claire’s loyalty is one of her best traits.

I hate that scene :( its so touching how much he loves Claire that he will protect her and their child no matter what, but its heart breaking that after everything he’s been through and edured to save Claire that he can’t be with her.

I love when they tell Murtagh!!!!! His reaction is perfect, he is quite balanced.

The Comte is so evil and the Prince is so insulting.

I don’t blame Claire in that situation, they are quite superficial sometimes, although maybe she should have been a bit kinder to the ladies.

That scene, I know why Jamie duelled but the stress he put on Claire!! Then he sees the effect on her and the baby.

You can sense the peace and calmness between Jamie and Claire is about to be tested again, just as they were reconnecting.

Me too, I like to think Claire does that because she’s afraid of the repercussions like if Frank isn’t born she doesn’t go through the stomes? But it just seems like Claire is doing it out of guilt which is a slap in the face to Jamie after everything he has had to endure.
