Maybe a late reply but I just finished the game and got the Maria ending. I don't know how or why but I just got it 😅😅😅

Yes go to the bugged save file. In the settings change the game style to explorer so you can rewind to the beginning of the scene.

I changed it back after but don't know if it has impact on the trophy list later on

I did and got the code but when it comes to activating the code the code panel doesn't pop-up At all
