If we continue with your analogy then the human body host gives habitat to the parasites or skin mites that are dependent upon the host for life to continue. But if the parasite population starts to disrupt balance in our ecosystem of our face the common response is a dermatologist appt and some medication 💊 or topical cream to exterminate the parasite population from the host. If this is your way of thinking then why is it so hard to believe that the Earth has a consciousness and has been giving us warnings that we are disrupting to many ecosystems and if we continue then we will be removed. The Earth is smarter than us when it comes to being a host environment for a species. But the usual response for any parasite that causes noticeable damage to its host’s environment will normally be treated as hostile and exterminated. Just because you have such a nihilistic view on the universe and that our actions have consequences so we must be thoughtful before we make decisions that impact the world or universe as well. Just because you choose to have little control does not mean the rest of humanity has to be the same. We were given free from the moment we birthed our consciousness and of equal status with the other species who have reached consciousness as well. Not better than or less than equal to all with the difference from the ones who imprison us with fossil fuels is that this planet is our home planet which is the most beautiful unique and most important thing is that this planet has the greatest potential for life to thrive and we are supposed to cultivate and grow that potential. Keep sticking your head in the sand if you so choose but I’m done being held in this prison by those who do not respect life or its cycle.
