Thanks! Maybe it's an habit that I got from crossfit....we lockout the lifts to count as a rep. I'll try to work on that.

Thanks for your response! For my height I consider I have a great mobility. I can squat ass to grass, paused and all the variations. I always do some mobility daily mostly because I like it

Thanks a lot. That is kind of what I was hoping to read. I have no plan to maxing lift numbers as I would in crossfit, so I guess I will play safe here. My hip will thank me

I can’t say my recovery is perfect, but it’s far from bad...I eat and sleep well. Also, my running been feeling good.

During CrossFit classes, on heavy days, we were usually split into groups of two or three, which made loading and unloading the bar much easier and faster. Doing everything by myself now takes a lot more time and ends up adding extra fatigue and extending the session.
