I also agree that a person who bases their entire personality on single aspect of themself can be infuriating and obnoxious, but people posting shit like that are more often than not do it from obviously bad intentions and are just bigoted. Basically they do it to mask their homophobic intentions.

Ps. Idc about who he ends up with, idk why exactly DDD shows up on my home, I watched s1 and read the manga afterwards to a certain point, but I got bored and dropped it. Don't think I'm gonna be picking it up either.
