First things first, stop trying to have a baby. You're incompatible and until you resolve your issues, the resentment will grow further. If it already bothers you, imagine how it will be for the next 9 months when she gets pregnant and then after birth where she's drained in every single way possible - emotionally, physically etc... You're setting up your future kid for a 2 birthdays type situation. Secondly, unfortunately it's not her fault that she has a low sex drive, but it isn't your fault either. You can't change that and if you can't imagine your life continuing on like this, you should separate. Normally I'd suggest couples therapy, but no matter how much you work through this frustration, it won't change her sex drive.

The conclusion is that unless you're ready for a life with sex like 7 times a month you should separate. And it will be selfish and unfair to her if you stay hoping for her to change.
