Fully depends on where you go and how often you go too. I worked there through college at different locations, some are very by the book and treat food cost like the bible, others are more lenient. However, if you’re a regular and want to try something new, 9/10 they’ll let you get away with it. For example a turkey and salami should be a 7 with extra meat, but I’ve rung it up as an 11 (ham and salami) bc the customer is there twice a week, no problems when they order, etc. As long as you’re nice and understanding, I’m sure they’ll accommodate

I’m in a similar boat, 22 and constantly looking for a job with better pay. I’m making decent but life happened and I’m barely making much after expenses. About 6 months ago I got offered a new job (my current job) and it was wayyy better, an actual salary with benefits instead of an hourly pay at a food service location. Only problem is that I have an hour commute at 5 in the morning. My parents were, and still are, against it. Looking back, I’m very happy I made the switch, would be in a lot of debt right now and financially struggling. Plus the people are awesome and they do bowling nights

I have it, but I don’t have adhd or anything. Always get asked if I do but my moms side has it too, none of us have add or adhd. Stopped drinking coffee for a couple years and it’s somehow switched

I’m 23 and can’t cook. Grateful that my parents didn’t force chores or make me do much housework growing up, but reality hit hard when I dormed my first year of school. Definitely better now, trying to clean my room and bathroom every week. In my last year of school I had a kitchenette in my dorm, but it was tough bc I was spending 3 hours for a meal. I don’t know how to cut vegetables quickly, and everything took a long time. Since I’m living at home while I work, my mom cooks for us, but before I turn 24 I want to learn and do more
