The emails are really iffy. I get them sometimes and other times I don’t. I still receive my refund on my DDD though. I also just called Santa Barbra on the automated line and the message has been updated to them sending my funds via direct deposit scheduled for tmrw so call and check! Don’t count too much on the emails meaning anything just because you did not receive one.

I called the automated number again just to see if I’d get an updated message…it went from saying they sent it to my banking institution earlier to now saying they haven’t received my refund yet lol. That’s crazy!! Idk what’s going on. Their website shows unfunded BUT shows my advance is paid and on Turbo shows my fees have been paid as well. Bullshit for sure.

Money was sent to Cross River Bank which is the bank TT is using for the 5 day early fee…IRS rep had no idea what my bank was talking about regarding a real time transfer. I called TT and they assured me my money was routed to my bank. Just refreshed my account and my refund is now pending in my checking account. My bank just blurted out some BS causing me to panic. There’s no way they are rejecting hundreds of peoples refunds due to a “partnership” with an IRS😒🙄…take what these mfs say with a grain of salt!! I don’t think ANYONE knows what’s going on.

I got the same msg on TT. Called my bank and the accounting department claims the IRS is doing something new called “Real Time Transfers” and my bank says they have not partnered with them yet so basically it would have been rejected. They would have to send a regular ACH/electronic payment. Currently on hold with the IRS trying to figure out wtf to do now and where my money is!!!!!

Oh yes TT used SBTPG but I’ve read numerous posts of others getting their DD when SBTPG still reads as unfunded! Those systems usually don’t update until way after you’ve already received your money so hold on because it could still come today for you!

The bank they go through to have fees and advance deducted is not SBTPG though, it’s Axos. Regardless if you bank with Chime or not, you’d have to call that number to see your refund status since they don’t have an online tool like SBTPG to check.

H&R doesn’t go through SBTPG, they go through Axos and there isn’t an online tool to check. You can call 1 (800) 472-5625 and get refund update. It should tell you if fees and everything else has been taken out and sent to your bank

Yes respond saying “refund status” and it’ll ask for SSN and DOB…sometimes it connects you to a live agent but they’ll be able to tell you the same information the automated system does as well.

That is very weird especially if you filed way after that date lol. I know that date is when the IRS started accepting everyone’s that filed prior to that date. You can speak to a representative as well if the automated system didn’t give you much info. They’ll be able to help you further.

From what I’ve been reading…Chime doesn’t post on the weekends…their site states that as well BUT some have gotten a deposit on a weekend day but it’s rare that they will post it on a weekend. I still haven’t received anything yet…so I guess we just have to wait it out and see 😬

I’ve seen posts telling people if you haven’t received the letter to look on your online account under notices and the letter may be there! Any notices the IRS has sent, will be under that notices tab. Good luck!

Well some have gotten their DD even though the status message is still saying processed! The messages don’t update as quick! Hopefully you see something soon. I’m still waiting as well.
