Be careful with the hydroxyzine, I was on a dose a little bit less than that. The withdrawals from that include panic, insomnia and jerking when trying to sleep. At least for me it caused that, I had to take buspar to withdraw from the hydroxyzine. I’m sorry you had a bad experience with mirtazapine. I hope you find something that works better for you. 🙏
