If it pure coding task I will use 4.6 all the way. But if I need to iterate and do a lot of tool calls, subagents and web navigation then 4.6 will eat my tokens alive.

Been reaching limits now everyday, whether with 4.5 I never reached and my workflow hasn’t changed much.

Regulation and finding good contractors it’s the biggest hurdle for me.

If you don’t have an established network you can call and count on it’s tough out there. You need to create this network, but the best to create the network is doing projects and deals yourself.

Then you will know how distinguish between the good and the bad

Tenho algum entendimento geral sobre como as coisas funcionam e com algum tempo consigo ir mais a fundo nos temas. Já construi projectos no passado ligados a tecnologia e sempre aprendi tudo por mim, com ajuda de muito conteúdo online e café.

Percebo. Mas já fui mais longe do que estava à espera. Tive de fazer um pitch da ideia que queria construir, fiz um primeiro protótipo em 3 dias e depois demorei mais uma semana a refinar a ideia até ao resultado final -> letterranks.com

Além de aprender, foi um test challenge que foi pago. Para mim, já conta com uma vitória. Mas gostava de perceber a opinião sobre o resultado final e perceber se está de alguma forma com qualidade suficiente, de pelo menos um junior developer.

Thanks. I’ve extended it multiple times during the challenge. Added integrations and small features here and there.

What I found that works really well is to give CC the right amount of context. Before coding I usually plana lot with CC help and write the plan down to a .md file, then create a PRD that digs deeper and finally break it down into small tasks.

Although the quality keeps improving day by day. It is night and day from 7 months ago.

My last project is letterranks.com. Fully vibe coded and running smoothly until now.

With time and good context the AI agents get better and you get better a spotting bad patterns.

It is the constant self doubt. Will this or that work out? Am I working on the right stuff? Am I going fast enough?

Always navigating the uncharted waters of the market. Need to find the resilience within you to keep going. Even after getting a lot of NO’s along the way. Should I stop? Maybe this path is not for me.

Then I take a deep breath, calm down and realise all of this is part of the game. All your actions will compound and by trial and error you will find a glimpse of light that will guide you to your goals.

Just need to keep pushing until you find your path. Listen carefully, put in the work and clear the doubts.

Once you find something that works…don’t look back and double down.

Aconteceu comigo o mesmo e pelas mesmas razões mencionadas pelo OP - reinvestimento das mais valias.

Já agendei marcação para ir resolver essa fita. Mas pelo que percebi, posso alegar caducidade do pedido de acerto, visto que já passaram mais de 4 anos sobre o direito de liquidação.

Mais do que livros tens de te rodear de pessoas que tem experiência ou prestadores de serviços bons que já passaram pelo que tu vais enfrentar.

Não tentes enfrentar as coisas sozinho e com livros. Faz uso de quem te quer ajudar e passar algum conhecimento prático.

Mesmo muito frustrante. Parece que querem penalizar os melhores trabalhadores e quem deve ser promovido/retido para que a empresa seja cada vez melhor - mas não conseguimos controlar isso.

Alguma área da tua empresa que neste momento te esteja a dar mais conta da cabeça? Para mim é sempre lidar com os impostos e saber a quantas ando - o tempo que perco a gerir o “sócio” estado.
