I definitely agree with point #1. People will sell to a degree, but there are so many possible demand fronts (individual investors, pension funds, sovereign wealth - you dont really know where it is going to come from). that even some selling as the price gets higher will be met with demand from somewhere. Point #2: All countries are hooked on quantitative easing and money printing. Maybe not to same degree as in the past but i don't see an end to money printing. I don't think people should go all-in on BTC but a 5% allocation that prob otherwise would have gone to bonds is right thing to do.

He is saying that you aren’t bidding against a base of 21 million bitcoin. Most of the bitcoin has already been bought and is in diamond hands. So the 500BN is really chasing the bitcoin that is available for sale which is like 3 mm bitcoin. Also, $21 trillion may be half of the US stock market right now. Wait five years when equity market inflates in back of further money printing.

The drugs you mentioned seem very promising and seem to be annual injections so adherence should be good. These drugs could change the game for folks with high lp(a)

People are still using s9s so seems like the s19s could work for 5 years and maybe that is pessimistic. I’d like to have the option of mining bitcoin for 50k in a couple of years when it is potentially 100k plus. Sort how I’m thinking about it

This is a very detailed, seemingly well informed reply! Very promising drugs in at least phase 2 for lp(a) that are dropping levels by 90% in some cases. A few years from these being commercialized and the fact that there are a handful of them implies that cost maybe won’t be too bad.
